  6. Welcome to Legends of Porn Part II, just one of many full length movies and
  7. interactive adventures available from New Machine Publishing.

  13. INSTALLATION:
  14.  
  15. Legends of Porn requires Apple's QuickTime for Windows, which is included
  16. on the disc.
  17.  
  18. To install, run the INSTALL.EXE program in the \PC directory on the 
  19. CD-ROM.  The installation is completely noninvasive and consists only of 
  20. creating a program group and icons in the Program Manager which point to 
  21. the CD-ROM drive applications.
  22.  
  23. Simply click on the Legends of Porn icon to start.  Allow 5-15 seconds to
  24. load.

  27. YOUR NEW ICONS:
  28.  
  29. Clicking on any active movie screen shows or hides the movie controller
  30. which can be used to pause, skip ahead, loop, resize, step through 
  31. individual movie frames, control the movie volume, fast-forward, or
  32. "super-slow-mo"!
  33.  
  34. The Quicktime MOVIE PLAYER is left in your New Machine program group.
  35. Use this to view any *.mov files on the CD-ROM individually.

  38. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
  39.  
  40. To use the Sampler you should have a 386 or better CPU with
  41. 8-bit (256 color) or better graphics, a sound card, Microsoft Windows
  42. 3.1 and DOS 5.0, and a mouse.  Your PC should have at least 4MB of RAM,
  43. and a CD-ROM drive.
  44.  
  45. For viewing digital video a 16-bit (32,000) color video adapter is
  46. recommended.  An 8-bit display also looks good.  The release of
  47. QuickTime for Windows included with the Sampler is optimized for 8- and
  48. 16-bit video.
  49.  
  50. Certain high-resolution video cards may require updated driver software
  51. for correct operation of QuickTime for Windows.  Please contact your
  52. video board manufacturer to see if newer driver software is available.
  53.  
  54. NOTE: COLOR CONFLICTS can be caused by an incompatible high-color wall-
  55. paper.  If the program loads up in the wrong colors, simply quit, set the 
  56. wallpaper to [none] in Windows|Control-Panel|Desktop and run again.
